All of our packs are covered by a 12 Month Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage. The warranty does not cover any scratches made on the phone camera window. However, your pack is covered under the warranty if it fails due to a manufacturing defect. In this case, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion. Only original and unaltered products are covered under the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

The warranty is only applicable to the original owner up to 12 months from the purchase date.

Proof of purchase is necessary, and the warranty does not cover purchases made from unauthorized resellers.


West Slope is not liable for damage to any items you carry in your pack, nor anything in your surrounding environment. West Slope is not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products.
