Cool Gel Kit - 3 Pack: Designed to fit the PRO-180 AIR Running Vest.
- Can be used as a hot or cold compress pack.
- For hot compress, put in a microwave container and cover completely with water at medium power setting for 30 second intervals, until reaching the required temperature. Or soak into hot water approx. 170-190 degrees F for 3-5 minutes.
- For cold compress, place in the freezer for 2 hours before using.
- Non-toxic, non-caustic.
